The Town Hall Kostrzyn nad Odrą is an organizational commune entity the goal of which is to help the Town Mayor realize City Council regulations and the town’s tasks determined by the state law.

Thus, the town is responsible for solving varied social problems, motivating to develop and encouraging to further education of adults as well as it acts to serve local communities. One of the Town Kostrzyn key departments is the Office of European Integration and International Cooperation tasks of which are integrational processes in Europe and, as the name indicates it, international cooperation.
